I am seeking information from people who run animal shelters or rescue organizations. I would like to find out how you attract and retain paid staff and volunteers for your organizations.
I am currently in the middle of a masters class regarding nonprofit leadership and management and one of the topics is how to attract and keep good people. I would love to hear what you have to say.
